  • (June 2009)

    Aluminastic Corporation joins forces with Bio-Energy Conversion (BEC) http://www.bioenergyconversion.com/ to form Bio-Energy Concepts & Solutions-Iowa, LLC (BECS).  Through multiple patented technologies, BECS's zero to landfill processes convert Municipal Solid Waste into marketable end user products...including Aluminastic materials.

    "We are very excited about our partnership with BEC.", said President, Gary Anderson. "There is such a synergy between our technologies because of the fact that we pride ourselves in developing and producing superior products from landfill-diverted materials.  We feel it is our corporate responsibility to become proactive in reducing the effects of global warming."

 

  • (2009) Patent issues proving Aluminastic material is unique and useful to the industry.

 

  • (March 2008)
    Received first purchase order for precision tubing from Precision Machine & Engineering along with purchase orders for raw materials from the extruders to extrude the material.
    Received letter of commitment for (1) million pounds of material from Iowa Aluminum.

 

  • (2007 - 2008)
    Successful validations with Iowa Aluminum on multiple extrusions and end-user testing.

  • (2006) Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for Aluminastic Corporation on October 14th at 2:00PM.  This new facility is Aluminastic Corporations R&D (Research and Development) company located at 475 Commerce Dr. in the Southern Industrial Park of Ironton, Ohio.  Our Company chose this location due to the roots of one of our founders and due to the outstanding local support. (For more information please direct your browser to Aluminastic downloads section and read the AlumiNews for the month of October 2006.)

 

  • (2006) Validation testing at Iowa Aluminum, Inc. followed by a letter of Commitment for 1 million pounds of billet and Central Aluminum Co. of Columbus Ohio for 20 million pounds of billet.

  • (2003) Matthew E. Blankenhorn/CEO of Aluminastic Corporation was proposed by Global Register's and subsequently named as a Who’s Who In Executives and Professionals 2004, and 2007.

 


  • (2003) EMTEC again awards Aluminastic Corporation the title "Leader in the Materials Development and Processing Industry."

 

 

  • (2003) Testing complete on Used Beverage Cans (UBC) and plastic  material that has a tensile strength of 32,000 psi and an elongation of 11%-13%.

 

 

  • (2002) $87,000 testing grant awarded from EMTEC for testing at the Air Force Research Laboratory at Wright-Patterson AFB in Dayton, Ohio

 

  • (2002) EMTEC awards Aluminastic Corporation the title "Leader in the Materials Development and Processing Industry"

  • (2001) Aluminastic Corporation joins Edison Material Technology Center (EMTEC)
