Aluminastic awarded NSF Grant

Aluminastic has been awarded a Phase I grant from the National Science Foundation and are currently working to achieve phase II. Our goal for this grant is to provide proof of concept to enhance aluminum by increasing its silicon content to 20%. We have indeed met this challenge. Our current product validation for the NSF grant is being conducted by Ohio State University

Our final report was filed and accepted on January 20, 2012 by NSF. We also have white paper on the final product for engineer's to review and determine if it suits their needs.  Click here to view the White Paper.
